Water: 250 g

Refined Oil: 150 g
Preheat the oven to 170°C-180°C.

Add the mix, water, and oil to a bowl. Mix at slow speed (Speed 1) using a flat blade for 1-2 minutes.

Scrape the sides and center of the bowl for even mixing.

Mix further at medium speed (Speed 2) for 2 minutes.

Pour the batter into a greased baking vessel. Bake for 27-30 minutes or until done.
