Water: 520 g

Oil: 50 g
Preheat the oven to 160°C-170°C.

Add the mix and water to a bowl, and whisk at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl for even mixing.

Whisk further at fast speed (Speed-3) for 5 minutes.

Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.

Pour the batter into a greased baking vessel. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until done.
