Water: 375 g

Refined Oil: 100 g
Preheat the oven to 160°C-170°C.

Combine the mix and water in a bowl. Mix at slow speed (Speed 1) using a flat blade for 1 minute.

Scrape the sides for even mixing and mix at medium speed (Speed 2) for 3 minutes.

Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed 1) for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the batter into a greased and lined tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until done.
